Contact Vakollia
Write to info@vakollia.com. That address reaches the people who publish this site. Anything to do with an order, a delivery or a return has to go to the retailer that took the order, because they are the only party who can see it.
What we can help with
- Which Vakollia product has which published figure
- Where a figure on this site came from
- Corrections - if a figure here is wrong, we want to know and will fix it
What we cannot
- Order status, shipping and returns - the retailer holds all of that
- Warranty matters, which are handled by the manufacturer and the retailer
- Assembly and gas connection - see the instructions supplied with the product
Most questions are answered faster by the guides or the product pages.
